THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SIGHT AND VISION:

The difference between sight and vision is: We can teach ourselves things the way they are. Only with VISION we begin to see things the way they can be.

This was a great quote that struck me from the book “leading without power” by max de pree( almost done reading it). There are many people who have the mentality of ” I WISH”. I wish I can become successful like other people. I wish my life would be great. I wish i would have a nice car,degree,house, etc. People can see things the way they are, but a few people are visionary and see the things that can become for them. The people who have vision are the ones who can see the way their future will look like, and is confident about it. They see the picture of what they want to accomplish, and has a game plan. The people who wish know what they want, but dont have the courage to paint the picture out and aim for what they want to accomplish. People stop dreaming because they have been hammered by life, and just hope things can become. I say that people should have a back bone and paint the vision of what they know they can become and go for it!!! Every human on earth has the ability to have a vision, but so few have the courage to paint that picture.
